Okay, I've been playing and procrastinating so much. All these have to stop.
I need time off to study, and just focus on the Word and pray too.
Need breakthrough in my spiritual health cos I really don't wanna remain stagnant.

I was just chatting up with Hadley about our faith.
It's really nice to be talking about a common topic, especially one that we are so interested in.
Though I didn't really agree on some stuff(s) that she said, I guess different churches have different cultures and stuff. So I've gotta open my eyes wider instead of just staying in my own comfort zone.

God's been faithful. He always has been!
And one of the verses that He reminded me of was from Isaiah 41: 10

So do not fear, for I am with you;
do not be dismayed, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you and help you;
I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.

And becos of this verse, I was able to encourage and spur on ______ too.
I really thank God for this bro of mine. He's going thru hardship now with school and all, but God's grace is more than sufficient so he'll definitely pull through.
The key to it is- Trust, and wholly surrender to Him.

I am not saying that you can tell God, hey God, I really trust and believe in You that you will help me through ________, and then you sit back and do nothing, just waiting for a miracle.
It really doesn't work that way.
Do remember that God only help those who help themselves.
And even if He grants you something that you really do not deserve, do remember that it is by HIS GRACE and not by your works okay! :)

That aside, I've been busy with meetups that I don't have time to study. I really need to be motivated.
But I do know that I MUST be motivated, becos all that I am doing, it is not for MY OWN GAIN but for Christ's. And I also wanna use my results and life to glorify Him! :D

Easier said than done. Faith.

Thursday was spent, meeting Jeremy at cityhall, getting Sut's farewell gift, gelare, and then meeting Jieyi at Tanah Merah.
We girls spent our entire waiting time shopping and taking tons of photos :X
And then we had popeyes for dinner, and we met the rest of the instructors, with Jeremy hurrying down from Jurong East from his driving!
Sut Yee's farewell was really a heart wrenching one.
It aches me to see her parents trying to conceal their tears, and her sister being so sad and all.
Butttttt... Sut Yee will be back in Dec this year!
So I am really looking forward to meeting her up and finally doing an official camp with her!! :P

Anyway, if you've seen my fb pics and you're wondering what I've done to my hair?
I was just the "model" for an ang mo salesman selling a new curler.
I was waiting for Jer so I decided to withdraw $ and freshened myself up first.
So after I ran my errands, I walked away from the toilet near MPH at Raffles City SC.
He stopped me for a while and demostrated how the curler worked.
I think it's really cool cos it curls a strand of your hair in 3 sec, and it doesn't damage your hair (uses heat around 80 degrees celsius)
It is made of ceramic and is what professional hairstylists use, from UK and it's a new product in Singapore!
He offered me a discount at $200 but warned me that it'd be much more expensive in future!

I really like the curler leh! So much easier to use than BFF's! :P

Today, I went to school for CMA tutorial which lasted for 3 hours! :O
And then BFF lunched with me (MY BFF IS THE BEST!)
I was pretty sore about Zep being missing in action for sooooo long in my life, come on, you're the only unattached close girlfriend in my life, yet you're so busy yourself :(

I went to work and BFF crashed my workplace and completed her portfolio! I am so proud of her.
We went to bugis deciding to get _______ but _______________.
Anyway, we met Lynn! :D
Aaron Sim called us too (apparently he saw us at the bus stop during our journey)
Lynn and I bumped into Cyril, and before BFF and I bumped into Lynn, the first person we saw playing his psp outside mos when we first walked in was He Jiahao, Jeremy! HAHAHA :O

Dinnered with the instructors! Steamboat!
It was rather fun la, the guys were hilarious, but I am really glad I went cos I got to catch up with Lynn and Samantha! And Xiaowei was there too, XW's always like a bundle of joy.
And Florrrrr! :)

So the full strength who turned up today were (not in any order): Kelvin Lam, Jeremy He, Alfred, Yaoxing, Zhongwen, Eric, Pots, Pram, Wenjie, Wuihou, Xiaowei, Florence, Lynn, Samantha, Elaine!
I think that's about it! :D

But all in all, I still thank God for His mercies and blessings upon me!

And oh yes, I forgot to add, I wanna thank God for Gabriel Wong!
Throughout his examination week, he was still able to make me smile! :)
Thank you so much for making my day(s), it warms me to see how my little care and concern can move you to make me smile as well!
Thanks for the really random phone call when you ended your last paper!
I really hope you got your sufficient rest and most importantly, stay healthy and stay close to Him too!

Been away for too long!

Sandra, Carissa and Lynn - true blue Canossian girls! :)

I went to Rendall's 21st and met my two primary school classmates!
Well, apart from that, I've been living my school life normally.
Am on study break now, I thank God my projects are finally over and done with.

Yukai left on the 31st, (after I blogged my last post)
Went over to uncle Boon's before heading to the airport, but I met up with Zephyr first la!

He's a great brother-in-Christ, even though he's really difficult to get in contact with! :P
Well, I wish you all the best in your studies k! And when you're back, we're gona hang out and play! :D

The past week had been really crazy, having presentations every single day after Monday.
Staying back in school to finish up my projects and all.
It IS stressful, but I continually thank Him for His patience and strength, without those, I'd probably have given up already.

Sidenote: I've started working at Island again, but that would mean I've gotta control my diet better now! :(
So far, I've done an opening and closing at gwc, I think gwc's less stressful and I can do my work too! Besides I can people-watch!

Was supposed to Sento with Sheila on Saturday, but I was delayed so we decided to shop instead.
Went to her church for praise team after that. I am really thankful for committed adults in my church willing to mentor and teach us for our ministry.
I really feel very blessed to have such teachers, bff's church conducted their praise team very differently, and I felt it was slightly disorganised and not very disciplined :(

I thank God for Zontanos! I REALLY THANK GOD FOR ZONTANOS!
Hey Zonta, I love you guys, lets continue to play tgt and grow tgt, amen? :D

Afterthat I headed over to Aloha Loyang for Rendall's 21st, I walked all the way from the bus stop to E-hub to get Leisha's hotdog, and all the way into AL!!!! :S
It was really nice meeting up with the rest of the instructors and like just enjoying each other's company without worrying about work! HAHAHA! :D
Playing truth or dare, watching the guys taupok each other, taking photos! Getting really happy to see the cotton on girls! (HAHA INSIDE JOKE!) :P

And most importantly celebrating Rendall's key to freedom, and also meeting my dearest primary school girlfriends!

Sooo, Sunday came, and serving was really good, especially with my band!
Jem is such a great vocalist/co-leader to work with.
I can feel our chemistry building tgt as a band la!

Had jamming on Monday, we're improving, slowly. I cannot wait! :(
Worked at gwc ytd, and Alissa, Ernest and YJ came for Jack's Place after work!
It was really good time spent with these people!
